Tasting Notes
The wine has a beautiful purple color and a complex and subtle nose of black fruits and spices. The palate is structured, coated and delicious at the same time, offering a beautiful balance between the fruit and delicate ageing notes. The elegant acidity gives it a nice freshness, with smooth tannins and delicate peppery notes. Long finish with spices and garrigue notes.

Blend : Mourvèdre 90 %, Grenache 10 %.
Alc./vol: 13%
Soil : Rudist limestone over blue marls
Culture : Certified ORGANIC EU (+NOP equivalence)
Yield : 20 hl /hectare
Harvest : Manual in small crates.
Vinification : Double sorting, total destemming, long maceration with manual and assisted punching down with the greatest respect for the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation by the grape’s natural yeasts.
Ageing : 18 months in Oak casks.
