Tasting notes
A bright yellow colour with green highlights and a crystalline sparkle. Complex and exuberant, featuring notes of passion fruit, elderflower, yellow peach, and citron zest. The palate is smooth and velvety, offering a beautiful tension and finishing with an appetizing salinity.

Blend: 60% Rolle, 30% Ugni Blanc, 10% Grenache Blanc
Alc./vol: 12,5%
Soil : Limestone clay
Culture : Certified ORGANIC EU (+NOP equivalence)
Yield : 50 hl /hectare
Vinification : Double sorting, total destemming, direct pressing of the berries and fermentation by natural yeasts at low temperature in order to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Ageing : In stainless steel tanks, on fine lees, with steady stirrings.
