The fruit at its purest
This wine is made from a plot of old vines and is aged for 4 months in amphora. Revealing the brightness of the fruit, the elegant simplicity of this wine is the perfect illustration of our philosophy: our commitment to our history and to our terroir.
This cuvée is born from a plot protected from the heat on the northern slope of one of the valleys that crosses our estate from one side to the other. Its limestone scree subsoil allows the old vines to express their terroir with precision. The wine is aged in amphora to preserve the radiance of the fruit, the structure and the bouquet of the palate.

Tasting notes
A straw yellow colour with gold and green reflections and a crystalline brilliance, a subtle nose of white flowers, citrus fruits (yuzu, lime) with a smoky note. On the palate, the attack is straight- forward with a beautiful, full-bodied texture. A long, saline and refreshing finish that remains full and balanced.

James Suckling: 93/100 “Scented nose with green apples, lemon zest, yellow flowers and plenty of herbs. It’s textural and well-driven with a medium body and fine structure. There is harmony here with weight and precision. Focused finish with good length. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.”

Bettane & Desseauve : 95/100
