Tasting notes
Straw-yellow robe with green reflections. Aromatic, complex, and fruity, with notes of grapefruit, yellow peach, and exotic fruits. A refreshing and crisp palate, offering beautiful tension and ending with an appetizing finish.

Blend: 60 % Rolle, 40 % Ugni Blanc
Alc./vol: 12,5%
Soil : Limestone clay
Culture : Certified ORGANIC EU (+NOP equivalence)
Yield : 50 hl /hectare
Vinification : Double sorting, total destemming, direct pressing of the berries and fermentation by natural yeasts
at low temperature in order to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Ageing : In stainless steel tanks, on fine lees, with steady stirrings.
