Tasting notes
Brilliant pearly colour. The nose captivates with floral notes and stone fruits before revealing delicate citrus aromas. The palate is rich and elegant, perfectly balanced, finishing with a fresh and mouthwatering finale. A Provençal wine with a true identity!
Appellation : AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence
Blend: 70% Grenache Noir, 25% Cinsault, 5% Counoise
Alc./vol: 12,5%
Soil : Limestone clay
Culture : Certified ORGANIC EU (+NOP equivalence)
Yield : 50 hl /hectare
Vinification : Double sorting, total destemming, direct pressing of the berries and fermentation by natural yeasts at low temperature in order to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Ageing : In stainless steel tanks, on fine lees, with steady stirrings.
