follow a strict quality guideline. A festive and pleasant rosé to drink all year round. It is suitable for all occasions, which it enhances by its pink attitude!
Tasting notes
A luminous, coral-coloured wine, the nose charms with floral and fruity notes before opening up to delicate
citrus aromas. The lively, harmonious and fruity palate recalls the aromas of the nose while associating the flavour of grapefruit on a fresh finish. A rosé whose structure and richness link it to the wines from the estate.

Blend: 70% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 5% Mourvèdre
Alc./vol: 12,5%
Soil : Limestone clay
Culture : Certified ORGANIC EU (+NOP equivalence)
Yield : 45 hl /hectare
Vinification : Double sorting, total destemming, direct pressing of the berries and fermentation by natural yeasts at low temperature in order to preserve the purity of the fruit
Ageing : In stainless steel tanks, on fine lees, with steady stirrings
