AOC Bandol

Tasting notes

This 2018 vintage is characterized by a light garnet color, with ruby reflections and by a sublime clarity.
Its bouquet is distinguished by scents of violet, blackcurrant, blackberries, supported by spicy aromas of white pepper and thyme. In the mouth, the tannins are fine, the texture is fleshy delivering notes of red and black fruits and spices. Its finish is generous, delivering a beautiful body with freshness and length.
A Bandol as we like them to drink in their youth or to keep in the cellar, as an accompaniment to beautiful braised or roasted red meats and garnished with Mediterranean herbs

Decant a good hour before serving between 15 and 17 ° C.
