Tasting notes

Our Bandol rosé 2019’s color is sustained, on currant tones, suggesting a gourmet and powerful rosé. The nose is aromatic and elegant, reminiscent of raspberry, blackcurrant, fresh apricot, grapefruit, enveloped by scents of violet and rose. We find on the palate the same aromatic characteristics as well as a savory and juicy palate, it’s long… balanced with a very coated and refreshing acidity. A rosé that we will appreciate as well as an aperitif or with Mediterranean cuisine, slightly spicy dishes, a tartare or fish ceviche, a leg of lamb or even a chicken cutlet with cream! Serve between 10 and 12 °C.
