Domaine de la Bégude Blanc – Cuvée Amphore 2020 – 75 cl

AOC Bandol

Tasting notes

As its name suggests, this cuvée white wine in AOP Bandol has been matured for 6 months in amphorae. This ancestral container made from real clay both preserves the shine of the fruit and exuberates the structure and bouquet of the wine.
Brilliant green gold color dress. The nose is intensely rich, mixing floral aromas of acacia, honeysuckle, chamomile with more fruity aromas of ripe white fruit (apple, peach, pear), apricot and grapes. On the palate, the attack is frank and soothing. Its finish is round, fruity and refreshing.
